Forward Arch “Tri Supports” are thinner for tighter fitting shoes like Italian Loafers and Cowboy Boots. They support the metatarsal arch at 4 degrees instead of 6 degrees for clients with severe foot trauma, surgeries or plantar fasciitis developing from the ball of the foot.

These are also good for some seniors with less padding on the bottom of their feet.

We have all sizes down to a 2 and half year old.
